As Executive Senior Vice President of Global Operations, Brad has direct oversight for the delivery of all brand capabilities at the global, regional, and local levels. Brad leads our Regional Group Managing Directors, providing common direction for the operational excellence of our regional teams in the Americas, EMEA, and Asia-Pacific.
A 28-year veteran of the graphic communications industry, Brad has played pivotal leadership roles at SGK, particularly in our international markets. He was responsible for initially setting up, integrating and then leading the Company’s brand development and deployment operations in Asia-Pacific. Based in Asia for more than a decade, Brad oversaw the creation and development of the Central Production Center and Smart Source concept, which is widely copied by many in the industry today. Brad was instrumental in spearheading the integration of the Company’s Asian, European, and Latin American capabilities into SGK’s global offering/local implementation model, now widely recognized as the leading model for global brand development and deployment activities worldwide.
Prior to his work in Asia-Pacific, Brad led our European business following SGK’s acquisition of Seven Worldwide and Winnetts in 2005. Brad streamlined and integrated two large, diverse organizations into one cohesive and strong group.
Brad earned a B.A. in Graphic Communications from Illinois State University.
